1 PASS TYPES AND ACCOMMODATION

• Les Arriondes Pass: Does not include accommodation.
• Camping Sella Passes (Bungalow, Glamping, and Pitch): Include overnight stay in the reserved area, access to bathrooms, showers, cafeteria, and breakfasts.

2 PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES

The full schedule is available on our website and Instagram. Please note:

• Capacity: Some activities have limited capacity and require prior registration through the official form.
• Punctuality: For paid activities, you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Late arrival will be treated as cancellation without refund.
• Hiking and Weather: The Picos de Europa route is a high-mountain activity. If weather conditions are adverse, it will be canceled and the specific activity fee will be refunded.
• Community Paella: Requires registration and an extra fee of €8. The "paella voucher" is collected at the info point.

3 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy is subject to commitments with the campsite and suppliers:

• Until June 30: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• From July 1 onward: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Name changes: Once pass sales close, a period will be enabled to request name changes.
• External costs: The organization is not responsible for transport costs, external bookings, or supplies arranged independently.

4 IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT

By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You may appear in photos and videos taken by the organization or accredited media for informational and promotional purposes.
• You authorize such use on social media, websites, and media outlets without economic compensation.
• Restrictions: Any recording for commercial purposes unrelated to the organization is prohibited without explicit authorization. Use of entry does not grant rights for raffles or third-party advertising.

6 LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Safety: Attendees must respect the rules of collaborating companies (for example: canoeing/hiking channels and Camping Sella). Participation in the Sella Descent and mountain routes implies acceptance of their own safety conditions.

Force majeure: No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or modification due to causes beyond the organization (natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, government decisions, etc.) that prevent safe event operation. In case of postponement, the organization may offer alternative compensation.
